Arby's

"So....this particular location is a problem for me. I next to never drive up into Virginia, so I rarely get to eat at Arby's. I've been here a total of 3 times in the last year, and every single time they are out of something I want. One time, they were out of the curly fries...something they are "known" for. Today, they are out of brisket...which knocks out multiple items they offer on the menu. I have, not one time, been to this location and have been able to get exactly what I wanted to order from their menu. I could understand if we were still in a pandemic but such is no longer the case."

"Good restaurant, good service, good people and very nice people work to catch rich at the young lady was a very nice person. The whole paperwork in their very nice. The food was good too. You asked the person that crispy your fries and they're ready to go. The fries with crispy keep the go workout keep the good team going there"

"I call the restaurant to notify them of a bug that was found in my fries . The Manager Christopher S. apparently didn't know what to do when a customer has a complaint about their food. I was thinking if a bug was in my fries, it could be a bug in my sandwich too. So I asked him to replace the whole meal. Christopher S. and the assistant manager only wanted to replace the fries or replace the sandwich but not the whole meal. Because I ate some of the food. I asked again to redo the whole meal over and I showed him the picture of the bug on my fries he said it was a piece of lettuce . But clearly the piece of lettuce had eyes and wings. Christopher S. and the Assistant manager grudgingly replaced the order after going back and forth with me with an attitude and exhibiting poor customer service. Sadly to say that it was my first time visiting this location. And the replacement order was done poorly. So please make sure you check your food before you begin eating if you order from this location."

"Service was quick and double meat beef 'N' cheddar with curly fries is yummy. Nice and clean dinner area and bathroom."

"Mr Rob did a great job. I can only assume he was the manager. He was doing many different things but even with being busy and being noticeably short staffed (they are hiring) my food came out hot and properly prepared. We did have to wait a bit longer than normal but it was worth it. Even under pressure Mr Rob still greeted us with a smile. Thank you Mr Rob I appreciate your service."
