Moe's Southwest Grill

"They say 3 times a charm. My last 3 experiences have driven me to never come back again. The 1st one they charged me for an extra burrito. So when I called about it I requested a credit for it knowing that by the time I got back up there they would be closed. The 2nd time I went back to cash in that credit it was never put in. On top of that my the abobo chicken I got was dry the rice was under cooked and my burrito was busted open. Last night number 3 some how they got black olives confused with guacamole and the fresh jalapenos I requested on the side is probably still sitting on counter because they never put it in the bag. Which is probably a good thing since they put my queso in upside-down which covered the wrapper of my burrito and chips. After that I'm done wasting my money and chances on this place"

"Run. The employees are horrid. Clean up my entire table to go to the bathroom but left my to go container with a full meal to retrieve once I was done. The employee who was extremely neglectful seemed to run right over there and throw my food away. When I asked where the food was, all he sad was "my bad". Well I guess I can't be that mad since the rice was hard and meat tastes cheap. Overpriced. RUN DON'T GO. I will say the ONE girl who prepared the food was nice."

"On this instance I had an order of Nacho's prepared and they were delivered via Doordash. I found the experience simple and the transaction painless. As for the product. It was well made in nacho sized container made shaped like a plater. It was well prepared and nothing was soggy. Portions were complimentary to the price. Total win win!"

"Hey, Moe's. I know that I ordered and paid for a burrito bowl, but I wanted to say thanks for the 2/3 bowl (kid's meal??) that I actually received (pics attached). The service here is typically slow over the last year despite having 4 employees on the line during our last visit. Clearly, online orders take precedence over people waiting in line."

"TERRIBLE. Ordered online, picked up close to closing so we couldn't go back. Most of our chips were dark burnt and tasted terrible. We didn't receive our queso side or drink. A bunch of items in our burritos were missing (sour cream, guacamole etc.) Ordered a white meat chicken quesadilla got steak, ordered spicy chicken burrito got regular. The food was just garbage. The store wasn't even busy when we picked up the food."
