Chick-fil-A

"I have been a big fan of chick fil a for many years. But today that changed. I ordered breakfast from the app. They cancelled my ordered. The person at the window wasn’t very helpful and was rude. Not the type of person I’d expect to see at chick fil a. No apology no offer to make it right. Nothing. They saw an order come in and just threw away food that I paid for after I drove all the way there and waited in the long line. The line was extremely long. The service was terrible. Didn’t even get my food. There are 2 charges on my account from this experience. Not 1 but 2. Wasted my time and gas trying to go to this establishment. Yeah I won’t be back. If 0 stars were an option I’d chose that. Worst chick fil a I’ve ever had the displeasure of wasting my time at. I’m disappointed in the way that the establishment has seemed to go downhill."

"I ordered inside for take out today(14 Dec 2023) around 14:45. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich, chicken noodle soup and a 4 piece chicken strips. Unfortunately my chicken strips were only half cooked. I guess someone may have been trying to save time on the fryer. I would take them back but traffic is a nightmare in Norfolk right now and the people working seemed extremely overwhelmed while a group of employees were have a great old time around the drive through register."

"Service nearly lost them a star but the food was up to Chick-fil-A standards and the interior was clean and well maintained. Service is slow and communication is very poor. You'll still get great food but be ready to have to deal with some mediocre service."

"This Chick-fil-A is the 3rd worst Chick-fil-A I have been to. I hate to have to say this as they are the closest to my office but it's true. The lines are always long, and now they have dedicated a line to "mobile orders" but you still have to get in the long line behind everyone else to even get to it so it's even worse than it was before. If you call them to complain about your order they will tell you that that is how corporate instructs them to make it and they can make you another one if you like...why would I want another of the same thing you already don't do correctly? For example: their fries rarely have salt on them. I called and spoke to the manager and she told me exactly what I just wrote. Another time I ordered the pimento chicken sandwich and there was a teaspoon (literally) of pimento cheese on it...I called and received the same response. I said but look at your advertisement! She said that didn't matter, they are following the rules from corporate. If you're in the area you can roll the dice with a try, but I would recommend driving to the next one."

"Love the chicken sandwiches! I wish my fries were as big as the one on the floor, LOL. I can't believe people sit in their cars in a mile long line instead of going inside."
