"I pray no one is looking to get in and out in five minutes or less. The hold to get to order is terrible, and once you order, there is another hold. Even when you have 1 car ahead of you. Never know what window is being used. Once you get to the window, it feels as if you're getting yelled at for something, but they are talking to their coworker, but they are looking at you. They take your card like it belongs to them and shut the window no receipt no nothing just when returning it. Past you the bag expect you to pull off without checking for everything. God knows if they forget something like condiments. They can be very rude."

"I stop here frequently and always enjoy the food. Occasionally the service is very rushed and very impersonal, but I guess ALL fast food places are that way. I know that I couldn't do what these employees do!"

"I'd have to say this particular Wendy's was one I stayed away from because their service was horrible and the food tasted old. BUT NOT THIS TIME!! I just wanted a burger so I thought I was settling, but to my surprise it was SO GOOD!! and the fries were PERFECT!! The flavor was fresh and spot on, and fries were cooked perfectly. Oh and the chili was seasoned just right and very hot."

"So I come o this raggedy Wendy’s and it’s 5:05pm today on 10/1/23. I ordered a medium fry and a cup of ice for my wife and I order a double Dave combo with a fruit punch. No one else is in the drive thru but us but they have me pull up and wait for about 7 minutes. Someone comes outside and hands me ice water, a double Dave burger and a medium fry. I tell him this is not what I ordered. I also repeated my order to a guy at the first window. I ended up going inside because my intentions were just to eat my money back. They charged me $13.47 and it looked as if they charged me separately for everything. You would think that these morons would have at least charged me for a meal since that’s what it was they gave me. I said I want my money back. The supervisor I guess that’s who he was continued to try to make amends of the situation and instead of just doing a I ask he starts offering me a large fruit punch and fry at no cost for the inconvenience. I leave and after all that my die were cold. These are idiots at this location and seeing that a lot of us are or have had the same issues it’s a wonder they’re still employed. Every last one of them needs to be FIRED! On this receipt you have the name of one of these incompetent employees so they need to be disciplined or fired."
