"Nolan W, the first time I met him was today and he is absolutely a kind soul and has mazing customer service! I only had a certain amount to my name and he was so kind to help me out and figure something out! I would love to see more people like him through the drive through!"

"On Monday, December 18th, 2023, I entered Taco bell at 929 N Battlefield Boulevard Chesapeake, VA Virginia, around 5pm I was the only customer inside I went to the front counter to place my order. After a few minutes and people looking at me, a lady asked me if I was ready to place my order. I said yes, and she asked me to use the key ask machine behind me. I explained to her that there wasn't an option to put beef on my cheesy roll-up, and she said yes, there was, go to add or modify. I said unless you changed something, the option wasn't there. After about five minutes trying to find this option, she mentioned, I went up to the counter and waited patiently about another 5 minutes. Finally, I spoke up by saying, excuse me, to the same lady who told me to place the order at the kiosk. I told her I could not find the option, and she said give me a minute. Well, about another 5 minutes, she finally came out and attempted to help me. She quickly realized the option was not up there and told me to continue with my order and press pay cash and then come to the front. As soon as I started placing my order I heard her say, attention everyone there's gonna be about a 35 to 40 minute weight on food. I didn't quite hear her, so I asked her if she just said it would be 30- 45 minutes before I received my food. She replied yes. I asked her how that was possible with nobody in the dining room, and she said there were many orders placed before me. I then told her that if she had helped me from the beginning and not delayed several times, I might not have been in that situation. Probably close to 30 minutes had gone by now, and I decided to leave. I don't feel they really wanted to help me at all. Not very customer service friendly."

"It's been about 2 years since I've purchased any food from this location. All I can say is wow, what an improvement. My order was expedient, accurate, fresh, and well packaged. I ordered the meal for 4 combo and everything was high quality for fast food. Definitely would recommend for a quick lunch bite. They even got my customization correct."

"This taco bell has had some bad reviews, but today I was impressed with it. The food took a little longer than maybe I thought it should, but the tacos were full, the cheesy potatoes were well covered in sauce. The nachos had lots of toppings. Overall, the food was fresh and filling! The inside of the store was pretty clean. Some of the tables needed wiped and some sauces were not full, but it was really busy in the drive through so it is understandable."
