"Another Wendy’s that offers truly poor service. Ordered a large chili. Got 3/4 of a container of chili. They were out of crackers and out of all sauces. On top of that, I got panhandled while trying to eat."

"We got into town late so door dashed. I asked for no cheese and received double cheese. I wasn’t given my large fry. I wasn’t given straws for my drinks and both of the spicy chicken sandwiches were swimming in mayo. Completely dissatisfied customer."

"Went through the drive thru tonight at approximately 5:45. Ordered a #2 combo Baconator with extra mayo and sweet tea to drink as well as a #6 Spicy chicken combo with extra mayo and a strawberry lemonade to drink. Pulled up to 1st window and paid as soon as we pulled up to the second window the guy said pull to the door and we'll bring out your food. We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes, and we watched 4 other cars that came behind us, receive their orders and drive off. My husband went into the store to find out what the hold up was and after waiting a few more minutes, he was shoved our bags and drinks. We didn't figure out until later that both of our sandwiches were made incorrectly. A Baconator comes with 2 beef patties and our sandwich only had one and neither sandwiches had the extra mayo that was requested. The spicy chicken sandwich was damn near dry. This was not our first bad experience with this location, but it will be our last because we will never go back again!"

"Just a very uninterested staff not very polite first person I asked if they had cup lids behind the counter informed me I need to ask someone else because he's on break "bro" I don't expect much these days at fast-food but they were below standard even for fast-food. The lobby was a mess and the person at the counter was rude and talking so fast barley understandable. The only thing I have as a customer is the reviews and to not spend my money there again."

"Restaurant looks good, but service was the worst- my order was forgotten probably because the man on the other side of the counter left to talk to his girlfriend and got called back by the manager when another order was wrong. It took another 15 minutes to put together one burger that was supposed to be a double and was only a single."
