"Gotta tell ya. After raving about my nice taco supremes.....I tore into my Beefy Five Layer. Pretty sure I got a bean, cheese burrito double wrapped! Not impressed..."

"During late night they will only make orders one at a time with the line full of cars. It's obvious that they do this because if you tell them you have a mobile order. They don't ask your name and start making it until you get to the window."

"If I could give less than one star, I would. Preface: I work doordash and there is an option to work using a bicycle; I use an electric scooter. In the directions, It states if the lobby is closed, go to the drive through window. First time I came here to pick up an order, they ignored me when I knocked on the door (the lobby was closed)so I went through the drive through like the instructions said.Then, a lady came to the window and said I cant be in the drive through, I told her I'm doing doordash and there an option to do it on a bike and it says here I'm supposed to go through the drive through. She said where is your bike and I said I am using an electric scooter and she said, "I need to see it". They finally let me do my job after the 3rd degree. THIS LAST TIME, I knocked a few times and got a guys attention and he came to the door (didnt open it) and nodded his head yes. I waited 30 minutes and started knocking again to check and see if the food was going to be ready any time soon, but they looked straight at me and hid behind a wall. I updated my customer and we both started calling the store with no answer from my end, so I went through the drive through again even though last time they said not to the time prior to this incident. This time when I came to the window, they were all laughing. They didn't open the window until I said "I'm not a crazy person I'm just trying to do my job, it's a doordash order" then one of the employees asked for the name and i told them the first one i showed them was cancelled and they tried to give me the cancelled order. When I told them the new order name, and that the first one cancelled they started laughing again and mockingly said "oh it's a different order now huh" I let the second customer know what happened with the first order and I waited 15 more minutes. I never got the second order and three other customers in the drive through got their orders and left. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TACO BELL. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THE EPITOME OF HORRIBLE EMPLOYEESS and on top of that it's cold outside and some random person decided it was funny to record me standing outside waiting in the cold"

"Normally the food is pretty good for the area taco Bell's, but we waited in line for over 40 minutes for 8 items off the value menu and a box. You could hear everyone laughing and having a good time in the back. I used to work at taco bell and I know that order should not have taken as long as it should have especially since they are only doing mobile orders and door dash. Good thing I checked the order before I left as well because it was missing an item. Also we didn't get the drink with the box because they said the drink machine was down as well as the freeze machine and then proceeded to pour themselves some drink out of the machine and drink it right in view of the window. Edit: got home with the food and the one item I was missing was thrown into a bag and broken in half. All the food was cold as well like it had just been sitting around waiting while everyone had fun instead of making the food properly. I hope someone is held accountable for all of this but based on the reviews as of late that taco bell it's done."

"This is the worse taco bell in history. I have gone here 3 times in the last year and everytime they get it wrong. This morning at 10:52 the menu board still reads breakfast is served till 11am. So I ask, are you still serving breakfast and I was told no. So I proceeded with my order for lunch instead. I asked for Naco fries as it's still advertised on menu board and was told we don't serve them anymore. Okay so as I pull for payment and food she confirms that I wanted black beans on everything instead of meat. So how the heck did I still get meat on my taco. Seriously, and the crunch wrap fell apart as soon as I attempted to eat it. Just the worse. I also got my meal at 10:58 still before 11am by the way. My advice let this one close like everything else around here. Take the few minutes to go down to the other little creek road location."
