"I do't think I can give you a 1! I just came back from your store and could not believe how bad it was. Everything is in disarray. Sizes are helter skelter and the clothes look old and wrinkled and some even dirty. I had to ask someone if it was a thrift store now although the thrift stores actually look better. I was actually embarrassed to be in there. I see you reply with basically the same template so if you're going to do that don't bother. You should be ashamed of yourselves!"

"Dear District Manager… have you completed a visit of this location recently?! It is a hot flipping mess! The most messy, unorganized ransacked store I’ve EVER been in! Send in an ops crew to get this store clean & presentable again! Geez!"

"I wouldn’t even give this a one star. Went to this location today. Waited to check out for quite some time. Got to the register. The cashier didn’t say anything and of course I said hello. The cashier which I find out later her name was Tracy looked up at me and proceeded to laugh and tell her co worker Joe that I have this stupid grin on my face expected her to say hello. And she doesn’t need to speak to anyone after 4 pm. I looked at her and I stated when I approach anyone acknowledging their presence is important especially in customer service. And she proceeded to complain about having to work. I called the store after feeling embarrassed and disrespected. And asked for the store manager and she answered and said she was the store manager. If this is how you treat your customers I will neverrrrrr return here"

"The only reason I'm writing this is for one of the associates named Brandon. There was no one on the floor except for him with a very long line to deal with solo. He worked hard to help each customer even as far as going to the back to retrieve a pick up order. He deserves appreciation and honestly the only reason I'm rating a 3 cause this store is a 1"
