"We went this evening before 5pm. Service was rather slower than normal. We asked for a shrimp dinner with 2 fish, green beans and Cole slaw. I got 2 pieces of catfish dinner with fries and Cole slaw. First of all when we got home there was no shrimp in the one dinner the fish was cold and the Cole slaw was spoiled. My fries were old and cold also. Very disappointing as we usually enjoy our meals."

"I just placed an order on the app this evening, drove to the store and waited in line for a while just to find out they are closed before 6pm on a Saturday because they said they don't know how to cook and they don't know how to give me a refund and that I'm not getting my food. So I'm left hungry, out about $50, and I'm out all the time I wasted waiting for food here and then going somewhere else and waiting again. What ever you do, don't order from the app, and don't bother going to this location unless you enjoy playing fast food roulette. Update: I went back to the store and called the head office and received a refund and an apology letter with coupons."

"My rating is based on feedback from my family. My limited diet restrictions there isn't much I can eat here. But when I pick up food for my family they are always pleased with the food. Sometimes you have to remind staff of condiments outside of that good place."
