IHOP

"After tonight, we will never come back to this location. Around 5:30, my husband and I walked in the building for a dinner since I've been cooped up in the house from surgery days ago. There was MAYBE 3 tables of customers so it was NOT busy. We waited for a few minutes to even be acknowledged and seated. Our "waitress" comes over, grabs 2 menus and seats us. She did not even say who she was. She just stood there with her hands behind her back. I asked for a pepsi, she said "we're out". My husband asked what other drinks were available and she seemed to have an attitude when she was telling us. Then comes the ordering of our meals. I ordered Country fried steak and asked if I could have corn beef hash as a side. She said " we don't have that. I don't think we have it. I can go ask". I said please do. My husband wanted a T-bone. She said "we're out". She takes his order and repeats it back to him and it's wrong. Eventually our food comes out and my husband's food is burnt and my order is missing cheese. A lady, who I assume is the manager, sees my facial expression and comes to our table. I tell her everything. As I said the waitress had an attitude, my husband sees her (the waitress) roll her eyes. My husband's food gets brought back to be fixed and about 10 minutes later, the manager approaches us and gave us 2 options. Option 1, our whole meal is comped and we finish what we already have or option 2, we can wait for his food. By this point, we were not at all happy so we chose option 1. I will say, the manager was extremely nice throughout the whole ordeal so my complaint is NOT towards her. She needs to be praised. It was our waitress and the fact that they barely had anyone working that knows what to do."

"I went to IHOP after a long time, and the pancakes are still delicious! They also had new crepes on the menu."

"When my family and I arrived, there were two other families there. Our experience was so private it was perfect. Our waiter was professional, patient and prompt. The manager made an appearance and asked if we needed anything. But our waiter covered everything so I'm guessing he was new and she wanted to make sure we were well served... which was a plus. My only wish was that the chicken fajita omelet had more of the chicken filling inside and on top like I'm used to at other IHOP restaurants. All in all we had a good time in a clean and relaxing atmosphere."

"Asked for crispy hash browns and crispy bacon, not crispy The ketchup is real! Not high fructose corn syrup, they get the good ketchup. missing fresh fruit, fair experience"

"Not a great experience here. We were traveling and stopped for breakfast. We were seated right away... that was the best part of this visit. one woman took drink orders, a man brought drinks back, and another man stopped to say he would be right over for our drink order. Alrighty then... Woman came back for food order Which included waffles and French toas No syrup was brought. We asked someone for syrup, but was told we weren't their table, so a member of our party went up to get some and came back with sugar free syrup, and that is the only bottle available at the time. Had to ask for more silverware as there we four of us, but we were supplied with three. To top it all off, there were two miniscule ants scurrying around the wall next to me. Bad service, okay food, and bugs. No thank you. Won't be back here!"
