"Visited today. Hamburger was good, but the fries were nothing short of terrible. Long, thin, limp and cold. We ate 3 between us. Waitress picked up our plate, still full of fries and never asked about it. I’ve been here before and thought it was good, but today…"

"The food is decent here, the service needs improvement and the staff needs to be properly trained on the prices. Every time I come here my ticket has generic terms like breakfast with a random amount on it and when I ask, they will say for example "waffle" but the charge on the ticket is $2 more than the menu and they will adjust it, but we shouldn't have to figure out our tickets for the staff. This has happened multiple times."

"What should have been a nice lunch date with my husband was ruined by an inattentive cook and poor customer service. Which is exactly why we stayed away for nearly 6 years. A very similar experience happened to us last time. We made a mistake in giving The Poquoson Diner a second chance. We will not be back."

"Everything about this cute little diner is perfect. The staff was welcoming and friendly. The food was just what we had hoped for. We had breakfast and it was cooked perfectly and came out quickly and served hot. It was fairly busy so I’m guessing the town really likes it, we sure did and plan to make it a regular place we dine."

"Great local spot. Privately owned, friendly courteous staff and clean restrooms. Nice Homestyle food, along with pizza subs and homemade desserts. Nightly specials nice salads and did I mention strawberry pie. Located in Poquoson and open breakfast lunch and dinner. Enjoy"
