"6-1-2021 @1:00 pm I went in to inquire an diagnosis of which piece my Jetta fell off from the bottom of my car. I initially thought it was a splash guard, so I went and asked the person at the counter of the “parts” section of the dealership and he put in ZERO effort to help me out on which piece i would be needing to buy. I asked him if he could just take a look under my car (it would take 3-4 seconds). He told me “I’m not going to crawl under your car”. I tried to explain the part I’m missing is right under the trunk and he was too stubborn to listen to me. By far the worst customer service I came across of. Fortunately I asked a gentleman at the service department and he helped me get assistance by 2 AWESOME mechanics that explained what part fell off and the importance of it. The mechanics definitely made me feel satisfied and were way friendlier than the person at the “parts” department."

"I brought my Tiguan to the dealership at 8:00 on a Saturday morning for my “appointment”. My wife and I both drove so that we could go grab breakfast and run an errand before presumably picking up our vehicle a couple hours later, since the dealership was 45 minutes from Our house. I needed an oil change, state inspection, and a recall on my car. Was told by the service advisor that it would be a couple hours and definitely by lunch. Hearing nothing by lunch, I called to inquire. They still had not even started. Of course I was told I would be kept up to date on progress. I called back again at 3:30 because I still had not heard anything and they still had not started. The service advisor then explained that an appointment is only an appointment to talk to them and doesn’t reflect at all on their ability to even work the car on that day. I was then told that they may or may not even get to the car that day. If they had just been transparent from the start we could have gone home and picked it up much later. 8 hours in maybe we get our car back. Never experienced anything like it."
