"Took my daughter to a job interview to this branch as per online application process. We showed up on time and they told us to come back in an hour because the manager wasnt in and they didnt know that the system booked a job interview. Waited in the car for an hour then when it was time no one said anything to my daughter. She asked again but they said no interview and it should be at another branch or try again in July. So unprofessional to keep us waiting. Should have said that in the first place. This company obviously needs to fix their online job application process. What a waste of time."

"Worst chicken tenders I have ever had. I ordered a 10 piece and a 3 piece. Very very small and almost burnt. Won't be going there to get chicken tenders anymore."

"I was extremely disappointed with my drive-thru experience, although the young lady that served my order was very pleasant. Once I received my order and was headed down the road I had the displeasure of biting into an extremely stale hamburger bun. It was not only stale it was hard and crunched when I bit into it. There's no way that your staff could have been unaware of such an old bun! I had ordered a regular hamburger combo and although the fries and drink were very good, nothing could make up for the poor quality of my burger. My order was only $7.27 cents but I certainly expected a lot more for my purchase. Since I live in North Carolina and was passing thru I will make it a point not to frequent your establishment again! Thanks for ripping me off!"

"Very disappointing! I ordered a chicken sandwich. It wasn't hot and was dry except for the grease. My husband got the monster cheeseburger combo, which was terrible. The fries were old and must have been salted 2 or 3 times- not edible. The cashier was also not friendly. Won't go back."
