"Told us our food would be ready for pickup in 20 minutes from the phone call. We’ve been here for over an hour and are still waiting. I wish they were more authentic and honest with the time it’ll take for our food to be ready."

"I went during happy hour and what can I say?? It was HAPPY HOUR! Good drinks and food. I sat at the bar and I can't complain. I went on karaoke night and as soon as the music came on it was a different vibe! The DJ walks around encouraging you to join in karaoke and ask for any request. Very friendly and fun! "Came in for the first time to see how similar it was to Mr. Boil in Newport News, which we love. Arrived at 5:20 and we were at the head of the rush crowd. Not a bunch there but it was packed when we left. It took a long time from when we ordered to when we got our snow crab legs and shrimp combo (T1). The food was good and comparible to Mr. Boil. The problem for us was the service. We ordered Snow crabs but we couldn't eat them because we weren't given anything to Crack them. After 30 minutes of asking and finally getting someone who I question was management based on their explanation, told us that they had no crackers, but had alternatives. By this time, we ate everything else and the food was ice cold. So, we just asked for our check. It took a other 20 minutes to get that. Needless to say, the overall experience was lackluster. Shame, because the food itself was decent although not quite as good as Mr. Boil. We'll drive to NN instead of saving gas to have a better experience. Will not be going back."
