Chipotle Mexican Grill

"Seriously lacking decent management here at this location. Went there again recently, (guess I forgot how irritated I was at this particular store from my last visit!) they are disorganized and it certainly doesn’t appear to be a clean workspace where they do the serving. In addition, I asked for chips, and git “We ain’t serving chips right now”, I ordered guacamole and was told, we don’t have any right now, and the server that was working at the station where they prep online / mobile orders said, here, she can have one of these, and was going to give me one of the small guacamole sides she had at her station, and the manager ringing me up said , No. you can’t do that. WTH??? It appears that they really don’t have good management for sure. That’s not even getting into the temp of the food that is less than hot at times."

"First, I have to say that the manager was working to train a new hire. That was great. I loved seeing the training. We encouraged her to keep at it. But, the restaurant was not clean. There was trash on the floor. We could not find a clean table to sit at. I had to wipe one down myself. For that reason, we will probably not go back."

"I normally come during the day and I go in person to order. The staff at this location are friendly and professional and do a great job providing delicious food. They work to ensure accuracy and satisfaction, and I appreciate the careful attention. I go to a few locations in the area and this one is definitely up there for me. I know I’ll get consistent food done right when I come, all while seeing welcoming familiar faces. Thank you for everything!"

"Here is my $11 (with tax) steak bowl...no, I haven't eaten any of it, that's how much they gave me. Definitely check your order before leaving the drive up window. This is repeatedly the worst Chipotle location ever."

"I feel like the sign speaks for itself but to say you’re out of all these things @5pm on a Sunday when I walked in and saw y’all cooking steak on the grill is INSANE. This is hands down the WORST chipotle in Hampton Roads, they never “have” anything. Just close for the day if these things aren’t “in stock” . Shameful to say the least ."
