"I love the convenience of the location. I don’t have to go to the old navy in the mall. But I will say after shopping at this location on 11/2 and being watched like a hawk felt very uncomfortable and I’ll probably go back to just going to the one at the mall. I thought maybe I was overthinking it. But after I purchased my items 3 of the employees on the floor were all watching someone else shopping. I get there are people out there that steal but that doesn’t give employees the right to hover around or peak around displays to see what you’re picking up. Felt really degraded."

"My mother visited this store yesterday earlier in the day, she informed me that she saw the cutest raincoat in the color yellow on sale. I attempted to return to the store about 10-15 minutes before closing and the doors were locked. Why would you say that your closing time is 9pm if its not. Say we close doors at this 845pm or whatever. Then today I call to see if they could put it on hold and they just hung the phone up on me. I didn't want to get anyone in trouble so I didn't mention the incident from the day before. I just asked if they were able to put the item on hold and she scoffed and then hung up. Just say we don't put items on hold or sorry this item is all sold out even if its not, its just more polite. On the other hand my daughter and mother did have a good time shopping there yesterday. Overall it is a good store but I have no idea who the night/ Thursday crew are. They need to be retrained."
