"I did not see any roaches but the doors and windows were filthy with fingerprints and grease. The staff stood in food and napkins as they took orders. There were drink stains on the carpet around the base of every booth and 2 elbow sized holes in a booth's wall. I had to wait 5 minutes for silverware after my food arrived. VDH needs to stop by."

"My food was horrible!!!! When I asked to speak with management she came over with an attitude and she wasn’t sincere with her apology! She walked away rolling her eyes! How unprofessional, I will not COME back!"

"Supremely disappointed with my experience at this Applebee's. I went in for lunch with my family, the host and server were great; however the food and management left much to be desired. I was seated around 215p but my food did not make it to the table until after 3p and was cold when it arrived which seemed odd as there were only 3 other tables in the restaurant that were occupied. It seemed as though the manager Nicole M. became aggravated when I addressed my concerns, rudely took the plates from my table and huffed away never to be seen again. ( I also sent a review via the Applebee's website and was contacted by a member of upper management who was empathetic and expressed concern, although as I mentioned to the representative, I am pretty confident I will not visit this location ever again)"

"Ordered through Uber Eats. A chicken sandwich and chicken tenders, both with fries and an extra order of dipping sauce. Received zero utensils and napkins. Only 1 dipping sauce, although I paid for an extra. No ketchup? Come on now. And the chicken was burnt. Over $60 for this???"
