Dunkin'

"America does not run on this dunkin. lady handing out the food YELLED at my sister because she was standing with our kids at the table and could not grab her food right away. she then proceeded to BERADE her and scream at her about how other people steal food."

"Went this morning for coffee and a bagel. Coffee was mediocre at best and the bagel was cold even though I asked for it to be toasted . When I asked for it to be warmed the rude employee snatched it from my hand and threw it away. Remade it, it was still cold and gave it to me with an attitude. Not a good experience at all!!!!!"

"So very disappointed! My egg and cheese bagel was a hard egg on a cold bagel. It wasn't toasted and had no butter or anything on it at all to keep it from being so dry and tasteless. They forgot part of my order and I had to go back up to ask for it. I threw my donut away after trying one bite. I used to love Dunkin donuts so I don't know what happened at this local franchise in Virginia Beach. I won't be going back"

"Like most Dunkin’ Donuts they tend to be busy but the staff seems to do well with getting orders out and right."

"This was my 3 attempt to get a glaze donut. I ordered online and the app said yes they have it. When I got the window they said they run out and immediately ask me what other flavors I would have , I told them NONE these are the only donuts I liked, so I asked for my refund took a while and left. Investigating now I know that this restaurant no longer make donuts they are sent every day from a factory ??? That is not how I remember this. Every time is the same they never have. If I find one store that have glaze donuts I will tell you and I hope they are as I remember them"
