Ruby Tuesday

"It's been awhile since I've been here. The salad bar is still awesome but the food is so so. Even though they have a new menu the prices of the food has gone up but the quantity has gone down. My son had the Buffalo chicken sandwich and when it arrived at the table I was shocked. The bun and the chicken breast was very small. The bun was so small it made the small chicken breast look big. Popeyes chicken sandwich is 50 percent bigger than what he received. And the 16 French fries. Yes 16, we counted them was just crazy. I'm a retired cook and I guess everything was about 2 or 3 ounces. I will need a little more then that for the money I paid."

"Popped into this Ruby Tuesday's one night, just before they closed, for some desserts and a nightcap. It was extremely enjoyable. The waitress was super nice, and even though they seemed to be wrapping things up for the day, we didn't feel rushed. I had the Bailey's Bailey's Irish Cream hot chocolate. It was absolutely delicious. My husband had an old fashioned which he said was great. The deserts were wonderful. We had cheesecake and carrot cake. It was a nice, relaxing experience."

"So far it's a toss up between Ruby Tuesday and Huddle House for my favorite place to dine in Suffolk. I like to go to Ruby Tuesday on Thursday for the smash burger deal and salad bar. The wait staff really pay attention to the customer and make you feel special. The food is delicious and they have one of the best salad bars I've had in years. My only gripe is they use tongs on everything at the salad bar and some items would be easier to serve with scoops. But it's not a deal breaker."

"It's a great day anytime Katrina is working at this location. She makes our dining experience worth every return visit. She exemplifies superior customer service and aims to get it right the first time. In this day and age, it's warranted to get this type of treatment as a consumer who still enjoys eating out. Katrina has two customers forever! Our drinks, our meals, the salad bar... all top tier!! We love it here!! We'll always dine at the bar to support Katrina! The waitstaff was on point too from what I observed. We were greeted immediately upon walking. The restaurant was tidy as well. We'll be back!"
