"I waited for over 25 minutes total in the drive through for ONE item, a large caramel cheesecake blizzard. Two of the three employees literally were pacing around and when one finally came to the window to talk to me; he nonchalantly told me their machine was having issues. At a DQ?!! I believe this is mutilpel times this has happened. I said ok, I’ll wait. The youngster failed to communicate and when I got home I saw that the blizzard had maybe an inch of toppings and 95% was vanilla ice cream. I am extremely disappointed at the bad attitudes and lack of communication. I didn’t pay $8 for vanilla ice cream. I will not return unless my money is refunded, and another one is made. Hire people who actually CARE about doing their job well. I’ve never come into this location with good results. Yes, I’ve actually tried it multiple times, with the same bad results each time."

"I wish I could give a 0 star because that’s just how bad it was. I got a chili dog combo and the fries were AWFUL. I asked for fresh fries and I’m sure they double dipped them and the grease tasted bad even though it was only noon. Even the cherry coke I got tasted like it was flat. The worst food I’ve had all year. The customer service wasn’t the best either. I threw all my food away. I wish I would’ve had time to take that trash back."

"Great staff great classic and quality food and the current churro specials are amazing! Best yet for those in travel it does have a convenience store behind it it has outdoor benches as well as indoor booths. Friendly easy to navigate around for those with limited mobility or child in tow. Can never go wrong with a good chicken gravy basket either!"

"Store needs a major deep cleaning session and critter fumigation. Roach crawling on table while waiting for order and behind the register is filthy."
