Domino's Pizza

"This Domino’s delivered me the worst customer service of my life, and it’s not even close. I placed an order for carryout and was told it would take 30 minutes. I’m in the store ONE HOUR later and I’m told my order is not ready. Ok, cool. Well then I’m waiting for 30 more minutes. I literally live 4 minutes away from this location. Do not recommend go to a different location to save time"

"Lots of mixed feelings about this dominoes. We’ve been ordering delivery from this location for a while now every week or so. Orders have recently been super late with minimal to no contact from the location about it. I don’t care if the food will take longer if we could be notified when something comes up. The guy who delivered tonight was sweet and thoughtful even if he arrived late. Last week it was late but they called to let us know and we understand & can wait. It’s not an easy gig especially when it’s super chilly and you’re understaffed. Dominoes please just call if you’re behind! Otherwise I don’t have to wonder where the food is or eat cereal for dinner."

"My girlfriend ordered 2 pizzas from this location,when the driver delivered it,he was holding it sideways....who in God's name hold the pizza bag with the pizza in it,SIDEWAYS, when my girlfriend opened the boxes,the vegetable pizza lost half of its toppings,as shown in the picture, it took the both of us,constantly calling this location almost an hour to talk with someone, good luck trying to call cooperate because that's just button pushing, getting pissed and then the call drops. The associate who answered the call,basically told my girlfriend that they can refund a small portion of the overall total ....a small portion for your driver holding the pizza like it was Captain America shield.Yeah,Domino's,after today,we done."

"Ordered online for a timed order, 90 minutes ahead of time. Never received a call, nor did I get any food. I tried calling the store only to not get an answer for over 3 hours, at this point I still haven't gotten an answer if the order was cancelled. This is the worst Ive ever seen at domino's. With all the competition you guys have this is how customers are getting treated? Reminds me of the cardboard pizza days, Pizza Hut had no problem answering their phone or taking my money, they also delivered"

"I ordered my pizza at 6:55, with a 45-60 minute wait-time which is reasonable on a Friday night. It is now 8:46 and I was just notified that the pizza is "baking." When I called to check in the gentleman asked me "what would you like me to do? The manager won't refund anything since it will still arrive 'fresh'" More than anything, just be honest. If it's going to take 2 hours then that should be on the website so I can do something else if the wait will be too long! And I prepaid and pre-tipped!!! So pissed and hungry!!!"
