"Ordered a cold brew with foam and it looks and tastes like watered down sugar water with splash of iced coffee and frothed milk on top. Honestly I don’t even blame the baristas there because every time I go it seems like none of them have been trained properly and they are always understaffed."

"NEVER EVER GO HERE!! This place in particular provides the Worst customer service across the board! The white bearded mgr thinks he owns it and speaks ignorantly when he can. As well as a few employees under him, let's call him trying to be ghetto to fit in with the other employees. Be careful if you complain of their poor customer service, you'll become the problem and they'll mess up your order, talk about you in front of other customers, & probably spits in your drinks or food. N. Great neck rd location should be shut down due to how poorly its run. Check your food or drinks for body fluids from employees, their childish like that there!"

"I am a Dunkin' Regular and usually don't review places unless they are extremely awesome or bad. However, this is a little unbelievable. I ordered a Wake-Up breakfast Wrap. It comes with a sausage, egg, and cheese wrapped in a pancake. I received the wake up wrap in a tortilla. I tried it because hey you never know and making the best of the situation, however not my cup of tea. If they would have said they didn't have the wake up wrap, I would have ordered something different. Please see picture. I will not return as they are selling items without giving you what you ordered and paid for."

"Food and order was fine. Customer service was weak. The place was dead, I was the only customer and they had plenty of staff. At minimum they could have at least greeted me. Not a one person said "hello, how you doing" or anything. I said hello when I walked up and didn't get any sort of response by either person who rang me up or gave me the first part of my order. The only person who actually treated me like a person was the guy who came from the back to give me my sandwich. Would have given a tip to that guy. It's a shame cause this store was probably the cleanest nicest looking Dunkin I've been in."
