"popeyes’ food is good. we all know this. but the service at this location today was particularly horrible. being a manager for another business, i understand staffing shortages happen which means you have to wait longer. an item from my order was missing and the whole crew looked at me like i was crazy when i went inside to tell them. had to go back out to my car to get my order to prove that it was missing. and even after that they still looked at me like i was the issue, not just the associates, the manager on duty too. when you mess up, it’s fine, it’s about how you recover. absolutely horrible."
"The chicken breast and thigh was good. As usual the biscuit was soft and hot. Not many people inside but the atmosphere was clean and mostly quiet with soft music in the background"
"Here is what you get for a $6.59 large mashed potato, and a $4 Mac and cheese, the fries are supposed to feed a family. Not only do you pay top dollar for a small amount of food, you get the privilege of waiting 20 mins after your appointed pickup time! I would advise you not to visit this particular Popeyes."
