"The cashier helped me put with a freebie after doing a survey, so many thanks. The food did take way longer than the estimated time the app gave me for the order. The drink station wasn't very clean, but the employees were working hard so probably didn't have time to clean it up. The fries were a little soggy, still good though. In the end, its decent, and i will come back when in the mood. Good spot to recommend to others looking for a bite (they have good coupons and specials)."

"Ordered two meals and waited over 30 minutes for someone to tell us they are still working on it. Everyone had air pods in and goofing off. I was visiting Richmond with friends and we will not be going back to this place for food."

"I’ve been sitting here waiting on an order for 49 minutes. These workers are in the kitchen laughing, playing, and play fighting with the utensils. I’m appalled by the level of service. And they continue to look at me wondering what I’m looking at. I won’t be back to this location."
