"If yall see a girl with a big nose ring and that girl named daphne dont go there. The girl clocked out 30 mins before there closing time and while ordering we asked for a sandwich and she charged for it she failed to ask for a side but didnt even put it there but still charged for it and the whole group of them was sitting there laughing and taking group photos in the back. They were the most CONDESCENDING ppl there ever and to mention they were making fun of my moms name right in front of her like what?? That’s disrespectful idc if ur closing up u dnt do that. Its rude so daphne and her friends need to tighten up their work attitudes and they need a supervisor or some sort because out of all the years of my living have never seen something so unprofessional, and to mention they kept lookin at us and smiling and laughing in that mean girl way ifykyk so if u see daphnne ask for another server better yet go some where else cuz that whole crew got issues."

"I’m only rating this Tropical Smoothie location with a 3 due to customer service. The server did not have a positive attitude and came off very annoyed as if she did not want to be there. Her aura made me as a customer feel like I needed to rush my order although I knew what I wanted; I needed to remove the cheese and the ranch from my veggie humus wrap; unfortunately I only was able to have the cheese removed. The location isn’t bad that particular server (Jourdyn) just made for poor customer service"

"Who ever was the girl in the blue shirt, blonde hair i think working at this time made the best smoothie ive ever had in my life. Yall don’t understand, its the most smoothest, tastiest Bahama Mama ive ever had. I keep making my mom try it, its like a dessert omg. Somebody give this lady a bonus or raise please and thank you!"

"By far my favorite location! I have absolutely no idea what they do differently but my smoothie taste a million times better than at the other nearby location. They’re also very accommodating with ingredients. If I had any complaints I’d say honestly sometimes they’re a little slow to approach the register but they’re all very friendly so I don’t mind. I’ve really gotten to like the people I see there often and get one to two smoothies a week here :)"

"Tropical Smoothie Cafe on General Booth Blvd. is a nice clean quick service restaurant with friendly staff. My kids love coming here for the smoothies and I like the toasted sandwiches they have. There is a lot of room to spread out for seating so you don’t have to feel like you are getting in anyone’s way if you have several children with you. This is a great place for a quick lunch for a family."
