Ruby Tuesday

"I ordered two chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta over the phone with a host by name of Amaya which was highly rude, unprofessional, and overall nasty. Asked her was there any sauce to make the pasta due to me calling the day before and the had none. She said yes so when arriving I was told there was no sauce. Not only did I waste my time and gas the establishment waited for me to get there to tell me they don’t have my food. When there could have been a simple called made saying we can’t proceed with your order due not having the proper ingredients. Now the Manger he didn’t care. He could have cared less. There are not many ruby Tuesday’s left so you might as well shut this one down as well. The wait is always long no matter if u call in or sit down. The menu is constantly going down hill."

"Unbelievable! I ordered two meals to be delivered and three items were missing. No bacon at all on the Bacon Cheese Burger, no honey mustard,or the extra$$ ranch dressing I ordered. Also, the soup I paid extra for was missing. I called immediately and no one ever answered the phone. I want my money back!"

"Well hubby and I were well known at our local RT in the burg but they closed down. When we saw there was one not far from the furniture store in Richmond we got so giddy! However, our experience at this location was horrible! Starting with the wait to be seated when there was plenty availability of tables and booths! Then we order dinner and add the salad bar. The potato and pasta salad had an enormous amount of mayonnaise, no croutons on the bar and when my hubby asked a dark haired male waiter he just looked at him as if it was beneath him! Once our food arrived after a loooooong wait time I had two bites of my bourbon pork chop and it tasted like they dropped the salt shaker on it, mashed potatoes were so salty as well but hubby ordered bourbon salmon and it was okay at best and his mashed potatoes were salty too. When I was able to get waitresses attention I informed her that my pork chop was too salty and cannot eat it. The manager comes and just has a blank look on his face and I said that it’s not edible I cannot eat that with all that salt. He said would I like to order something else I said yes the salmon. So we waited and waited and waited then the waitress said since you have been here already for so long would you like to take it to go. I said please and she was so sweet and offered to pack it for me. If I could give her 5 stars I would she did an amazing job when she was juggling two positions between waitress and bartender! Then the bill comes and he took off the pork chop meal which again I had two bites of and should’ve took a picture to show it and adds in my replacement meal. That’s all fine what I have a problem with is it put a customer code on the bill and the waitress explained we cannot use our RT coupon because of that code. This is absolutely unacceptable I spent $15 plus more dollars than I should’ve. Manager was unapologetic, the only person that apologized was our amazing waitress. Even the family sitting in back of us had issues! Lastly, a brown skin man came from the kitchen to the salad bar and was peering around the corner at us, I guarantee it was the cook looking to see who said something about the pork chop. We will never come back to this location and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! P.S. the corn that I ordered with the salmon replacement meal I took home tasted like the corn off the salad bar that had salad dressing mixed in it! So GROSS!!!!!!! I guess the cook was too lazy to make fresh corn. I’ll take my money elsewhere!"

"Went for veterans day meal offer on Nov 10. The place was closing early. Arrived at 7 and waited at the bar for 10mins or so for a drink and order. The server was very polite and nice but she was only one working the bar and tables inside the bar area. Finally got a drink and ordered and was informed they had no beef for the veterans burger special and the beyond burger was the only option and was no substitute allowed... Then when I got my bill I saw they charged me extra for the beyond burger, like what.... You require customers to order an upgrade due to your lack of food and then charge customers extra? Appeared to be lots of staff around, one of which was eating from a coworkers plate sitting at the bar reaching over the bar reaching across which I found not only rude but unsanitary and gross. What if the food fell into the drink mixers. In my opinion the management needs to be more involved with staff support. One staff member asked if the bartender needed help, and she said no but clearly she did when many people were walking up to the bar asking for checks and drinks and one family walked out."

"We're do I want to start. Let's see I used to love this spot but tonight will be our last. The drink was Not the drink I ordered I had to go get my own drink. The appetizer was cold had to take it back. I ordered a burger my wife ordered ribs. She received her plate and I still was waiting on my food and her's was half gone and I still haven't received my food. My wife had to walk to the front to ask for a manager who came out and explain what was going on that's understandable. But you also have paying customers that you have to attend to as well. The Cook was Amazing. Wonderful from the ribs to the burger. But everything else could use a upgrade..."
