"Sam's a great manager! I ordered a key because I broke my spare. She cut a new one and tried it on my vehicle. It was snagging on one side, so she went in and out of the store several times to shave it. I also parked a bit far since the other spaces were taken. After many attempts, she gave me the key for FREE! On one side, it works well enough for the door and perfectly for the ignition. It was sweet of her because she took at least 20 minutes of her time to help me and ordered the key from another store since it wasn't in stock."

The store setup was inviting and even though the store was immaculate, the newest edition to the sales team was sweeping the floor. They are located at 6255 College Drive Suffolk, Va.23435. The store is open Monday-Saturday 8:00 am to 6:09 pm and from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm on Sundays. Come and say hello to Scott and Becca for me."
