McDonald's

"Just had the worst experience ever at a McDonald's. I am expecting less than perfect service when going to McDonald's, but this one. Employees playing on their phones, 6 plus cars in line. They handed me a old hamburger after waiting more than 5 minutes and when I handed it back for them to change it they handed me back the same burger. They will receive my wrath when I get a hold of the manager. A special shout put to the employee working the drive thru window. She was the ONLY person "working"."

"Went here and spent over 25$, when I paid for my food the cashier pocketed my receipt and gave me a reprint, I went to the next window to get my food and asked the young lady for a copy of my receipt so that I’d be able to claim my points, she immediately went to the manager and told her I wanted my receipt and the manager told me no.. I believe the employees at this location are pocketing customers receipts and claiming their points so that they’d be able to get free food"

"The case im gonna file will not go unanswered, employee was cussing and being so out of pocket while i was with my daugther. I was watching him rub under his nose , above his lip with the gloves on cool, but to turn around and grab nuggets and give them to me and when i say something you get upset."

"Got a fish filet sandwich tonight. One problem they gave me a fish sandwich with no fish on it. Was surprised when I got home to find out all I was eating was a cold tartar sauce sandwich. I tried calling several times but no one would answer the phones. You think when a person calls it would take just a second to pick up the dang phone. All I can say is I am very dissatisfied!!!!!"

"So just recently, I went to the McDonald’s on Volvo Parkway in Chesapeake, Virginia and I was really disappointed first they didn’t know where my order was and continue to argue with me and telling me it was at another store. Then she finds the order and somebody had already made and it was completely melted and she said let me make you a new one, so she made me a new strawberry shortcake McFlurry, but there’s nothing strawberry about it it taste like a vanilla McFlurry with cereal in it that’s it very disappointing when you advertise strawberry shortcake it should taste like strawberry shortcake there ain’t nothing strawberry about it. Anyways, I’m very disappointed because every time I go to use my mobile app, they told me they don’t have my order and then they have, and it’s been sitting on the counter, for God knows how long, but they gonna sit there and argue with you instead of taking the time to actually look. The store has gone down so bad lately I used to come every morning and get a caramel frappe before I went to work at the daycare now I can’t even do that because they can never find a mobile order. After they’ve already made it, and it’s been sitting on the counter melting."
