"They were terrible! Didn't care about the customers and only care about trying to take money from hard working citizens. They would of stole from my wife and I if we didn't catch it. Definitely not going here again and not cheating on wawa no more."

"The girl that took my order was rude and very short with me. Even though I was not being difficult. She also got my order wrong. But as I didn't want a confrontation. I just left and went to another location. I'm saying you have to be a cheery upbeat person all the time but if you work in a service related business. Put in some effort."

"First time here. We were on a road trip. I loved this Dunkin. Different than in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania area. It's big, plenty of sitting options: at table, on soft arm chairs or bar stools. There are bathrooms, were clean we used. Plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and nice. Coffee tasted the way we like (not too strong and nor too weak). AC was working. Overall , great experience"

"The quality of the service depends on the staff present. One visit there were two people present and they were professional and prepared my items to a great standard. Next visit, the workers were not on the same page communication wise and seemed to be impatient with one another. My items were not prepared properly and items were not included in my order. Another visit, I walk into noise and I was thinking two customers were in disagreement about something because the tone of the voices were clearly abusive in nature. The noise was actually two workers highly annoyed with each other and having it out with one another. They were unprofessional and could care less if customers were present. It was embarrassing to watch them go back and forth exchanging horrible words. I left out. The last time I visited, I walked in the lobby and no worker was present at all. I called out several times for assistance and looked around. No one. 1 min goes by. No one. 2 min goes by. No one. 3 min goes by. No one. 4 min goes by. No one. No sound or nothing anywhere. I was like who would leave the lobby open unattended."
