"I went through the drive through about 45 minutes ago and ordered a Frisco breakfast combo and the sandwich came to me in piece's and and smelled horrible. The ham looked seriously old and bad. Ruined my appetite for the day"

"The Hardee's on Jeff Davis by Dupont needs to close down. They have a very unfriendly staff that is not customer oriented and they seem to be mad at the world because they work at fast food. Went there this morning and they had a line wrapped around the building and no one was taking orders. Six cars drove away without placing orders and receiving any food. The person just hid in the back. This by far has been the worst Hardee's. You can drive by there any time of day and it looks like they're closed and they should stay that way. And having bad staff is just as bad as having piss poor food. No bueno"

"Arrived at 11:30a. I was told they are no longer serving breakfast although the sign says breakfast until 12n. Waited almost 20 minutes for my order. Food was warm, not hot. Employees arguing about the schedule and confused about orders."

"I am just here at Hardee's ordering 20 sausage biscuits and so far I've been waiting not too long. The customer service is good the boy at the counter was very friendly. He's got some good customer service skills. That's what I look for if you can't give me a smile I don't need to be in the restaurant that you're working for. Now I have been to a lot of Hardee's and I have always gotten great customer service and good hot food. Today I'm just going to be sharing the love with people in the community. Thank you for the great customer service."

"The biscuits and gravy were delicious! Service wasn't good at all today. This particular Hardee's was in Southside Richmond. The employees didn't speak other than asking what we wanted. The cashier made no eye contact. We dined in, and business was slow. The floors were very greasy, which worried me about falling or slipping down. There was no clutter or debris on the floors or tables, which was nice. Bathroom floors were greasy as well."
