"We have been coming here for years. We bought all her princess dresses when she was little. Now that she is older there are still lots of great dresses. We came here for a black dress for her violin recital. So many great dresses to chose from. Just wish the schools would start having formal events again so we could buy more dresses."

"Horrible customer service- No assistance on the floor or trying on dresses even after I inquired. Girl w/ dreadlocks played on her phone the entire time, ignoring us. Dress selection is nice, however many are damaged, probably as result of people trying on w/ no assistance. Any women know you need help zipping up a dress. Lee Fashions in Chesapeake have same dresses, more styles and white glove service-customer service is excellent. I won’t be back here."

"I don’t use to write reviews, but this store deserve a pretty good review. LOVE THE STORE, LOVE THE CLOTHES AND THE VERY GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have EVERYTHING for ANY SPECIAL OCCASION. You can get dress there from the top of your head, until the bottom of your foot. Very good. I loved it. Very good and affordable prices. Very cute jewelry. They’re size runs smalls, but they have everything for everybody. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS STORE."

"I do not usually leave many reviews and I’m only doing this in hopes that they will provide better service. I just believe that while the store has many great options, the service is why I cannot purchase from there. I’ve been there twice. The first time I went was awful; 2 women who work there saw me carry many dresses and never any asked me for help. If you do ask for help, they make it an uncomfortable experience. Very impersonable & unwelcoming here. I made the choice that I would prefer to go to a store with higher prices due to the service here."
