"Do NOT go to this one.. They make most of the items wrong, the managers do not hold any of the employees accountable, and they will refuse a refund. This is probably the worst Taco Bell in the city. It is well worth the drive to a different location.. That entire area has horrible customer service and even worse food. If they at least got the orders right it'd be different. This place is trash."
"I had a bad experience at this location this morning. I had been craving a sausage breakfast crunch wrap all week. I got there and the system was down. They told me to come back in 5 minutes. I did and the system was still down. At that point I'm mad but it's nothing that a crunch wrap won't fix. So I go back a third time and they said that they were not serving breakfast. That is when I snapped. The entire time that I snapped at the guy taking orders he stayed professional and apologized. He explained the situation and by the time I left I apologized to him. He was white with a mustache taking orders at the drive thru this morning. He needs a raise for his superior customer service skills. Also there is a young black lady working the register with red and blonde braids with superior customer service skills as well. They are the best employees y'all have."
