"drive thru was fast and order was correct. Gave lots of sauces, except they forgot one type of sauce. Food was as expected, decent."

"Tried to place an order at the drive through but the lady was too busy swearing at the customers ahead of me. My kids were in the car so I decided to go inside to order so they wouldn't hear her swearing. I stepped inside and the place was incredibly filthy. The smell just slapped me in the face. Terrible service and filthy location."

"This is worst Wendy brunch I have been too. And I EAT Wendy’s a lot as it’s my favorite cheat meal. The first time I went, I used the drive through as they closed their walk ins because they only had 3 workers that day. The wait for 40mins! And I timed it. And i ended up leaving with very cold fries. Today I gave it a try again and their system is down so I had to walk in. I ordered my grill chicken wrap and the chicken was dry and very cold. U can tell it has been sitting out for a while. The fries was cold and nasty. I had to toss it. As I was there there were flies all over the area. And as I wait for my food, their system when back down again and customers had to walk away. I don’t blame the staff because they have to work with what they got. But this is just unacceptable and corporate has to look at it. This location is just not doing the brand good. Unfortunately, it will be my last time to visit this Wendy’s. I traveled into the state, and I will eat at the opposite McDonald’s than come back here"

"On entering, I noticed that the interior was smokey from fryers. Looking behind the counter, due to a piece of equipment having been removed, you could see months of accumulated grease oozing from underneath the rear counter. The hood system had months of dust and grease on the interior. The fryer back splash looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in over a year. I couldn't get a receipt for my order did to printer being out of order and cashier informed me that I could take a picture of the screen as proof of purchase. On receiving my order, the fries were so over cooked that they belonged in a museum and the sandwich was not made to order and the patty was as dry as Texas in the summer. The soda machine in the dining room had not been cleaned for weeks. In all I wonder how they passed their last health inspection. I am forwarding this to corporate and the Henrico Department of Health for follow up. Photos attached. Visit date of 19 AUG 2023 approx 1405 hrs local time."

"Went here today and got a #2 large with Dr. Pepper. Unfortunately , was only able to eat the fries which were hot and crispy. The burger as you can see from picture was not cooked. The cheese was warm burger was not. Also had to dump my drink out as well. Not mention I was asked to pull up and had to wait a good 5-7 mins for my food."
