"Check your orders before you leave as there is no consistency. Since when does Dunkin put cream cheese on the side? I did not ask for that. Now I'm supposed to assemble my own bagel as I'm driving down the road to work? That's ridiculous, I go there and pay them for the convenience of having it done for me. Never again."

"No drive-through and no coffee grounds to purchase inside, just a walk in coffee shop. The customer service was great and fast, and it all tasted as expected! Not a bad place, just don't expect a drive-through or any grounds to buy inside."

Wade and her team do an outstanding job and I refuse to go to any other dunkin in VA because they provide the best customer service. It's been 2 years of ne getting my coffee everyday from this location and I clinch my pearls when I got to the other locations. They are the best and thank you for jump starting my day with fast and friendly service."

"The manager here is wonderful. I am allergic to pumpkin, and their spider donuts have a pumpkin munchkin in the center. I had mentioned that I was allergic to pumpkin in the store. The manager contacted me, and kindly gave me replacement donuts a few days later. It meant a lot that she cared. The location is small, but very comfortable inside. It's my go-to DD in Norfolk."

"I had to update my review after several visits. I am left disappointed. The selection of beverages and donuts are always limited. The brand personally promotes said beverage and when my son requests the promoted beverage at this location, it is never available. Also glazed donuts are never available. The staff doesn't communicate well with one another or are unaware of what they have available to offer. The service is poor and inconsistent. Please make sure you check your order before leaving because the staff verbalizes one thing and puts another in your order."
