McDonald's

"Sat in the drive thru forever and when I got to the window they told me to pull up to the Reserved Drive Thru spot. I sat there for over 20 minutes watching everyone else get their food at the drive thru. I finally went inside to ask about my food and stood there another 20 minutes when there was at least 15 people working. Every single employee ignored me even when I said "Excuse me." Every. Single. One. I was so angry I ended up walking out and I lost $13 because I never got my food. Very poor customer service."

"I'm not sure what it is about fast food places like this McDonald's. If your employees know the fries have been out for 10+ mins, the fries are old! Do not sell them to the customer. I guarantee you that if you tell a customer that you're waiting on fresh fries, they would happily wait. This McDonald's is a huge offender of this."

"This McDonald's has been here for a long time. During the week, I find the staff to be quick and accurate. But what really keeps me coming back are the people working the drive-thru. Always friendly and pleasant."

"I placed my order via the drive thru and at the end of placing the order, I inquired as to what it would cost for a large cup of ice. I was told ice was free. Upon reaching the window to receive my food and ice, the young man who was in the window stated I can only get a small cup of ice when I was willing to pay full price for the large cup of ice, which is why I inquired in advance. As I was speaking with the worker in the window he closed the window on me to confer with the person behind him. When he opened the window again, I told him how rude he was and requested to speak with his manager. He said "manager" like he didn't understand what I had said. The gentleman behind him made me aware that he was a manager in training and began to explain company policies to me. I sat there with a smile on my face as I listened to what he had to say intensely. When he finished I simply reminded him that if he's in training they need train their cashiers taking orders so this won't happen again and their line won't back up. Nevertheless I did receive my large cup of ice, but did not appreciate what I had to go through to receive it. After all of this I realized my fries were lukewarm and very scarce. This further confirms why I barely do fast food restaurants"
