"We had a great time up in this biash fr. Don't be deterred by the fact that a brown person is running the place, this place DELIEVERS. In fact, the food was so good that me & my religious, Christian friend started debating about religion. We both knew the food was SO tasty, that if me & my friend stopped being friends after our heated debate, we'd at least have a good night cuz the food was so freaking good. I got the catfish and fries, and the fish was hella flaky and tender. Good selection of sauces, but the food did take a while. Will be back."

"Absolutely the worst I’ve ever experienced in food establishments multiple times. I ordered America’s Best Wings (this store location) a few times out of convenience. Every time, it was a horrible experience but I kept on giving them the benefit of the doubt. The first time I ordered, I ordered the chicken sub and they sent a steak sub instead (I can’t eat red meat hence the reason for ordering the chicken). Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I thought “ok, it’s an honest mistake”. I called the store to let them know I received the wrong order and that I would be reordering the chicken sub on DoorDash so they would be sure to not make the same mistake (I was desperate at that point because it was late and everything else was closed). The person I spoke with seemed to have no clue as to what I was talking about. It was as if he didn’t know they even had chicken subs on their menu. After going through this for some time, I finally got my point across and received my order. Next time I ordered, I ordered the chicken sub again. This time, I was having a family gathering and it was late in the evening. I ate a few bites not realizing it was steak and not chicken. I of course got incredibly sick afterwards. I was so sick all the way through the following day. Had it not been the day of my son’s graduation, I would’ve gone to the hospital. The third and final time, I ordered another chicken sub. I called the store ahead to make sure they received that it was a chicken sub order (just to add, I was super polite and there was no issues on the phone call). I receive my order and it was indeed a chicken sub. However, they randomly put shrimp on the sub and not just a couple of pieces but about 10 shrimp. It was the strangest thing I’d ever seen. Who makes a chicken Philly sub and line shrimp on top of it, especially when I never asked for that? Thank God, I did not place the order for my son who has a severe shellfish allergy!! I also ordered some wings and they were terrible. They weren’t cooked well and they were overly drenched in buffalo sauce. I’ve never experienced a place so bad in my life. If my orders were jacked up that many times and I’m just one customer, I could only imagine what others have experienced. Never again!!"

"I was super excited to see this place since my other go to spot in the shopping center closed, so this one opened right on time for me. My bf and I went here to try it out and had a stressful experience. As we were paying, the guy at the counter ran his card, he signed for it, and then for some reason he said it didn’t complete it, so he swiped again, then we thought let’s just try a different card, and that one went through. Heres where things went left. My bf bank showed he was charged twice. The guy behind the counter didn’t understand what we were saying so it got super frustrating. I asked for the manager, explained, and he assured us the card would only be charged once. We were super skeptical.. but 48 hrs later, the transaction was removed. I was very thankful. As for the food, we ordered catfish with fries. The fish was ok, cooked perfectly, just needed more seasoning for me. My main complaint was it just needed more flavor. It wasn't bad, just needed more seasoning..and a lil hot sauce. I plan to go back anyway and try something else. They’re new and hopefully this first experience was a fluke."
