"The customer service here has gone UP big time. The staff now is so customer service focused. They are all young but take the job seriously. My fries did not have seasoning on it and when I brought it up to the front guy...I think Kadir? He said oh my...that's not good what's the point. But non of them could imagine how it happened lol it was funny. They immediately replaced it and apologized. But also when they took my phone order it was such a great experience. Keep it up!"

"I’ve gotten wings and food here several times. And it’s always great food. But time after time the service is unbelievably slow. I called in an order over the phone at 4:11 and they said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I get to the store right after 4:20 and I’m here 20 minutes later waiting for fries that I called in. They guys in there I’m sure are competent and they were friendly but they are severely understaffed. Wish I would’ve not wasted my time with this nonsense… all I ordered was fries lol I have been a fry cook. They don’t take 30 minutes to prepare for a to go order….:. Would love my money back …."

"I'm SO bummed to be writing such a negative review. I was so excited to try this place out...and it was definitely a let down. First off, the service was average, however the trash outside was SO FULL and there was multiple bags of Wingstop orders sitting OUTSIDE the trash. The soda machine was VERY limited, no coke or sprite! For the food, the fries were old and mushy, they literally were stuck all together...not good. The corn was very good, but was WAY over seasoned. The Hawaiian flavored sauce was disgusting. We couldn't even manage to eat them! The mild classic wings were good overall, but weirdly chewy."

"Dining room is clean. Service took a while to take our order. When another customer complained her fries that had just come out we're cold, the employee just nodded to her, no explaination or apology. I can only assume the nod means they would take care of it. Our lemon pepper wings were dry on the inside. Outside was crispy, which is good. But most disappointing is we only got drummettes. No flat prices. 8 pieces for 10.49$ would have been ok if we got a mix of drums and flats. Also, they charge a full soda price just for a cup of ice water."

"Very disappointed! We ordered our food at 850 and didn’t get our food until 920. After we had already ordered online and was told it would be ready in 10 mins. After getting home and checking out food I am so disappointed. I ordered honey barbecue wings and Hawaiian wings and they barely had anything on them. They also gave me 2 ranch when I ordered a blue cheese and a ranch. It looked like I ordered dry wings. They need to do better for a 30$ Wing and fry meal I expect to have a 30$ experience. This was low level service and they need to represent the company better. Luckily I had my own blue cheese at home and my own sweet baby rays. Otherwise my night would have been ruined. Not going back!"
