"Went to the drive thru and when I pulled up to the window, the woman had her hand out waiting for my debit card. Not an issue in itself, but only then after she had taken my money did she tell me "pull around to the other side and park in the handicap spot and wait" as I pulled through I heard the front end cashier telling customers they were out of biscuits and would have to wait. So now I'm sitting here illegally parked and trapped because the drive thru line is backed up to the road and I have no idea how I'm gonna get out of here."

"I was making sure the new ad was correct breakfast served until noon. The biscuit was a bit dry and I suspect from sitting around after 10:00 a.m.??"

"The bathroom was disgusting as both toilets were clogged with toilet paper and feces... The returns on the ac system were caked with dust, the soda fountain counter had mold and standing water on it, there were greasy fingerprints all over the dining room and the floors were atrocious!!! The manager obviously needs more training on cleanliness,.. I am a chef and I would never let my facilities appear this bad for customers.,. I certainly hope that the manager takes care of these problems as quickly as possible... I love Hardee's food and wish to continue my patronage there, however if things don't change there, I will not be returning"

"They have the best breakfast biscuits in the fast food business. I also like their chicken tenders and chicken sandwiches. The burgers are pretty good."

"Biscuits were old, cold and burnt. Ordered a large meal got a medium. Cashier was trying to rush me ordering. Closed order before I finished ordering. Then got the order wrong anyway after having me repeat it! Hi-C was awful. I should have kept my $30. I will go to Ashland location from now on. Never been disappointed there!"
