Unacceptable customer service. First off the associate didn't ask if I had an issue. She advised that a message could be taken. Hmmmm sure as it will never get to that person. There has to be an open channel up the chain of command. While business dwindles let's see how many hours the associates get or when the owner/operator shuts the doors even worse happens.... No Paycheck."
