"Shout out to the two workers handling the drive thru tonight (50 cent burger day). I’m sure they had a busy, tiring day, with lots of rude customers and stress. If they did, they did not let it affect their customer service. They greeted us with a smile and handed us our food with the same. I had a little hiccup with ordering in my app, and I’m sure my explanation through the drive thru speaker was stressful and confusing. The girl on the other end asked us to come to the first window. My app issue thankfully resolved while waiting in line, and when we pulled up, she didn’t look upset, although I’m sure she was not looking forward to dealing with this situation. She happily and quickly grabbed my burger and she actually remembered I had mentioned in the middle of my rambling I wanted ketchup only! If I were her, I would have admittedly had an attitude and would definitely not have remembered that detail. I went back later to get my husband fries and the same girls were there, 3 hours later, still smiling and making me feel like a valued customer. So many drive thru employees don’t even make eye contact with me, or say much. Your simple kindness did not go unnoticed and is what the world needs now. Great job and thank you!"
