"The worst experience ever what is funny when you go to the drive thru and ask to repeat something customer need to be treated with respect! You have bilingual customer here and how many languages that manager speak o whoever answered when they will take the order yo hablo español y voy a gastar mi dinero I can ask all the questions I want ! If you don’t have chicken breast I understand that ! You don’t have to act like someone is slow!"

"I went in on a Sunday to pickup a big order. I was so happy they were able to fulfill the order because I had called that morning. They were so nice and accommodating. When I got there it was a little busy and all over the place and the manager was kind of complaining that she had been there since 7 am with no break and it was after 3pm at this point. I felt so bad for her but she was saying getting the store under control was her first priority at the moment so I had an appreciation for that."

"This location lacks management urgency and customer service. As I was waiting to pick up a delivery order 7 people walked out due to not being greeted and /serviced. The tops of pans in the food service window are stained and nasty looking. I waited for 30 mins for a delivery order to be told that since the customer is not here their order is not a priority by a light skin guy with braids and tattoos and he said to cancel if I want. This is the second time I’ve been here and this employee finds a away to stifle the order because I asked a question about how much longer it would be so I guess he holds a vendetta every time he sees me . It’s interesting that this crew is allowed to run the store the way they want to run it and based on how they feel and they adjust their level of customer service accordingly. If this guy doesn’t want to do his job as he was trained he need to be re trained or take his level of accountability somewhere where it won’t affect paying customers."

"We stopped here for a quick meal and were not disappointed. We ordered the Country Ham and Egg biscuits ( which were delicious) and Bo-Berry biscuits for dessert. The service here was fast and the workers were extremely friendly. If ever in the area I highly recommend this restaurant. Great Job Guys!!"

"I just came through the drive thru at this location and yet again I have an issue with my order. I ordered a Supreme combo with fries and SWEET tea. This tea hasn't been anywhere near a drop of sugar. My previous visit I ordered the same meal and only got 3 supremes although I paid for 4. I double checked my receipt since they do offer a 3 piece option of the same meal just to make sure the order was placed correctly and indeed I had paid for the 4 piece meal. I understand mistakes happen but it is an ongoing situation at this location. I even called customer support on the last order because I could not get anyone to answer the phone at the location. Today I will be returning with my unsweetened tea so they can correct or refund me for their error. I will be a big of a pain to them as they are to me until they get it right. It really is not that hard to read and follow an order on a ticket. They were not busy today or on the previous occasion in which my order was incorrect. I will note I've never had any rude experiences with the staff at the drive thru as I see others have mentioned experiencing that. Most of the time the employees seem to be high school or young adults who are trying but it seems training may be lacking which is not their fault."
