"Placed order at drive thru and paid with CC and gift card. The cashier asked me to tap or place card in slot. He also said we do ask for tips as well. Ask for receipt, which he had me wait almost two minutes. Drive off, and this is my fault for not checking the temperature of the latte. It was cold, and banana bread was also. I've been to this location many times and never had a cashier, so nonchalant about the customer's experience. Didn't have time to go in."
