"Amazing Chef's Table experience! If you are looking for a special dining experience, I'd highly recommend it. Brandon (chef) put together 4 courses that were each 5*. We started with an amuse bouche (a wonderful ceviche). Next was a jumbo lump crab salad. Then came my favorite dish - cast iron seared scallops with spiced butternut squash, brussel sprouts and smoked sausage - an unbelievable explosion of flavor. The main course was duck frites - I don't usually enjoy duck, but this dish was delicious. Finally, we had a brown sugar caramel tart for dessert. Wow. To make it even better, the ambiance was terrific - we had our own little nook in the restaurant with a fireplace on the TV. And Austin (our host server) provided exceptional service and paired each course with wine. Many of the varietals we do not trypically drink, but the pairings were perfect. (I meant to take photos of each dish, but we were having too much fun and enjoying the food. I managed to get pictures of the duck and the dessert.)"

"We enjoyed a Chef's Tasting and Wine Pairing at Bar West during the last week of January and everything was excellent! Brandon, the Chef, prepared a unique and delicious meal that included five courses. Austin provided wine that complemented each course. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to to go back and try one of Bar West's signature cocktails and order an entree from the regular menu!"

"Very cool place to experience! The decor is inviting and open concept. Plenty of seating inside and the back covered patio. The cocktails were delicious!!! The kids enjoyed the apple cider too. The nachos and brussel sprouts were so delicious! I love crispy brussel sprouts with bacon and cheese. The best entree was the steak!!!! So much flavor. I definitely wasn't expecting that. We saw a lot of burgers coming out to other tables and we're very tempted to get that. Excellent customer service!!! I would definitely go back."
