"When I unwrapped my double burger, I IMMEDIATELY noticed how small the patties were. I measured them and they were 2inches wide and close to 1/2 inch thick. Not cool. This place has lost my longtime business. Staff is always friendly."

Everything turned out good. This reminds me of old 90s fast food when McDonald's and them used to sell edible food. Well done, word life."

"My boyfriend got lunch for me here on 12/29/2023 and its was not very good. My burger was VERY burnt to where it was almost uneatable and I only ate maybe half of it. The fries were good but Cookout has gone down hill since COVID."

"Milkshakes are always a must and their tea is never a disappointment. Double bacon burger tray with sides of cheddar bites and onion rings and you can't go wrong. The spicy chicken sammys are also a go to as well."

"The food and milkshakes are usually amazing, but I went today & my burger was kinda dry. I asked for mayo & quesadilla sauce and it seemed like they were being stingy. Also, I asked for a banana berry cheesecake milkshake & I'm pretty sure they didn't put the cheesecake in there. I took a sip & asked again before I left and she reassured me that there was cheesecake in there but I never tasted it. Also, the milkshake was pretty loose which is disappointing because I come here for the thick ones. They also didnt ask if I wanted a drink tray or any sauces so i forgot to get cookout sauce for my onion rings. All of that aside, I will say that the food came out pretty quickly & everything else I ordered was accurate."
