"The food is served at stations, buffet style and there is always friendly staff on hand to assist or answer any questions. The menu changes at each meal, but is posted on their website one week at a time so you can get an idea of what's being served. They always have some vegan and gluten free selections available, as well as a comfort food station and the bakery. All-you-care-to-eat at a reasonable price! When I posted this, I stopped by the dining hall for lunch and I chose the flank steak, baked mac and cheese, grilled broccoli, and chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream for dessert."
