Fuddruckers

"Ordered the New Orleans Cajun and that i wanted it cooked all the way through with no red meat. I don't know exactly what I was given, but it was not cooked through like I'd have liked, and the burger was not even right. idk what this one is. If it is the right one, then they need to readjust their spices because there is no Cajun on this. I did end up finishing it because I don't spend 18+ bucks on something to toss it out, and if they can't make orders right the first time, I'm not shooting for round 2. 3 people ordered their food to go even me. Yet we were given a tray so we could dine in. Not exactly what I wanted, but it's not the end of the world. But it does show people in here do not listen. Fries were awful and bland. They could be way better, but sadly not."

"I haven't been in a Fuddruckers in years. The one I visited was attached to a truck stop, so it wasn't very big. The toppings options were a joke! They didn't even have ketchup. Now I don't know about you, but fries without ketchup are like a cake with no frosting, I like it on my burger as well. I didn't dare ask the man behind the counter because he had already let me know that waiting on me had put him behind on unloading the delivery truck, and his whole day was now pretty much ruined. Pardon me for wanting a burger. The floor was so sticky I almost lost a shoe. I was going to make a video of the Velcro like sound my boots made as I walked, but I was already getting strange looks from the few fellow customers as I was talking pictures. All in all it was a pretty unpleasant experience, and I will have to find another Fudrucker's location."

"I'd give a zero if I could. This place is horrible. Don't waste your time. They ran out of onion rings, and milkshakes. Made me a tasteless raw burger. We got our refund. We'll never return here. Don't waste your money."

"Hands down the worst Fuddruckers in the nation. If you’re a fan of the brand, stay clear of this establishment, it is not a real Fuddruckers, it’s owned and operated by the Travel Center it’s connected to. The “meat” on the overpriced burgers is not even of the quality you’d find at Wendy’s, much less the quality you’d expect from a Fuddruckers. Our first warning sign should have been the lack of a medium rare option, which we always go with at Fudds. But the medium we ordered was past well done. Dry, bland, full of filler, just bad all around. All special condiments are kept behind the counter, that’s also a bit weird. The service is really the only good part about this location; but even that does not make up for the insanely poor quality food and overpriced menu. $17 for a small combo with cheese, not even considering the quality, is just ridiculous. I’m assuming they get away with the quality because they stay busy due to the truck stop, otherwise this location would have closed a long, long time ago, and for good reason."

"The restaurant looks really nice inside, nicer than other Fuddruckers I've been to. The folks working were friendly enough, but this was the worst tasting Fuddruckers I've ever had. Everything was bland and nothing like what I was used to. For $20 for a burger, fries, and a drink, I definitely left disappointed. It was also super slow getting the cheese out even though it was full."
