Domino's Pizza

"My job had me place an order for 19 pizzas for a super quick work gathering, and this Dominos was an absolute blessing to work with. They greeted me with smiles, brought them to my car for me, and told me anytime that we have another gathering to call them up and they’ll whip up the pizzas in no time. I’m more than impressed with this Dominos location, and they will always get my money over the rude Pizza Hut workers right down the street from me."

"It took over 45 minutes to get pizzas from this location while we were visiting for a Girl Scout trip. The location was short staffed and all our pizzas were uncooked. I have tried contacting the location for a refund since JULY and they have been completely unresponsive. I also tried to contact the corporate office 4 times with no response. I, unfortunately, have not ordered Domino's since. BOOOOOOOO"

"Worst dominos I have ever ordered from. 1. The pizza was terrible. Like i know irs domino's but seriously bad by domino's standards. 2. They couldn't fulfill basic requests for plates or napkins. 3. the driver was rude. 4. They have a call center pick up your call so your not even talking to somone from the store who knows the area or what the situation at the store is. 5. They won't let you order through the app for some reason. Like the person at the call center from across the world is just doing the same thing I would be doing if I just could use the app. except I wouldn't have to play a game of telephone between me some dude in the Philippines and the store."

"This location does not follow it's business hours. The ignorant woman that was still inside the store at 11:30pm just stared at me while trying to CALL THE STORE while standing outside. Wouldn't say anything just kept playing on her phone while playing with pizza toppings. She walked to the back when she saw me start taking photos. By far the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've had with domino's."

"I ordered a thin crust with extra ham and extra mushrooms from the store on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg Virginia. When it arrived, it had very few toppings and a good portion of it was burnt. I do have pictures if needed. I called the store and was told that all they could do was give me credit for the missing extra toppings and that thin pizzas come out more done because they are thin. I understand that, but I have ordered this exact pizza many times and have never had it arrive burnt. I do not feel that this is acceptable, nor does it meet the guarantee on the box that states you will “make it right” if I am not completely satisfied."
