Sonic Drive-In

"I waited at the window for my order which was a strawberry limeade and small onion rings for so long, that the onion rings were cold. I told the young man the onion rings were cold, he threw them in the fryer and they were burnt."

"Pushed red button, waited 15 munites and no one ever took my order. It was 9:50pm and there was only ONE other car there. First time trying Sonic and probably my last. Mc Donald's next door took 5 minutes"

"Food took so long just for the food to look terrible. Got a chicken tender box and the tenders are barely tenders and are dry. The toast is dry. Gave me one singular onion ring."

"Terrible, I went to this sonic tonight and got a chicken tender meal and a milk shake. I got handed my chocolate milk shake and Dr. Pepper and was told my food was coming, no problem. While waiting I took a sip of my chocolate shake and it tasted like something was off, and my Dr. Pepper was basically carbonated water with a hint of flavor. Then look into the store and see two guys in there sniffing ( putting the soda cups up to there nose, breathing in ) the cup because they forgot which soda was which. As if that would determine it instead of remembering it. Then I get my food and leave. I realized They forgot my sauce once I got back to my hotel . Then when I got to the bottom of my shake, there was about 3/4 inches of chocolate syrup. Heaven forbid they mix it completely. I normally have good experience with all restaurants, including the sonic on 17 in Fredericksburg which set the standard and why I wanted to find a sonic. But I was wrong. Staff was nice but they need help with training and clenliness. I will not be going to them again."

"Absolutely terrible I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich it definitely was not it was full of grease and soft and mushy just disgusting and the cheese fries were all nasty they were stuck together from whatever cheese they use and stiff and cold. Also my drink was just carbonated water just all around bad experience. I called the establishment to talk to a manger . Especially about a refund because I did not eat my food . She was rude . Asked me to bring the food back with receipt i had to explain to her that I could not at the time due to it being my lunch break . She stated if I wanted a refund I would have to bring the receipt in because that is there policy . I guess I will have to see after work even though I doubt anything will be done just terrible service and this was my first time having sonic in years !"
