"I have mixed reviews on food as it was not consistent all the time, yet I'd go visit as the ambience is good and affordable. Most of frequent order is family pack chicken biryani and 1 out of 4 times taste ain't great or less chicken pieces. Gongura chicken biryani is a must. Mysora bonda is okay, not authentic taste and yet I order here as I have no choice elsewhere in Richmond. Hyderabad samosa is a must try but my recent order was way too oily, see it in the picture. Overall, service is good and food is about right for once a while visitors."

"We got biryani and it is too much oily. I feel like they used oil instead of water to cook. They have to take this review seriously and reduce oil by more than 50%."

"I used the kiosk to order Papdi chat and Bhel and my order was ready in 10 minutes. I felt taste could have been better though the dishes looked appealing. I would suggest to specify the level of spice before placing the order (in special instructions). Otherwise, be prepared to eat things that are entirely sweet."

"DO NOT EAT HERE. Bad food. The food was extremely oily and had no flavor. It was a rip off of authentic Indian food. The Pav bhaji was comprised of nothing but oil. The dosa was cold and hard. The sambhar had no flavor. The pani puri was extremely sour. The food in general not what we expected and definitely ruined our taste buds."

"Love this place for quick bites! reminds me of a bakery in india. Prices are very reasonable and taste of the food is awesome. I tried Panipuri / Biryanis / chicken&veg Manchuria. Too delicious must try place. Don’t forgot to take some chai it’s really good."
