Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

"I ordered online for curbside pick up. I arrived and the new server was unsure of where curbside pickup was located. After getting my order, I got home and found that one of my orders wasn't in the bag! So I had to drive all the way back to go inside and speak to someone. Also the breakfast order, the food didn't taste very good."

"I don’t usually write long reviews, but since I gave 2 stars for the service, (gave 3 stars overall), I thought I should explain. Typically we give four or five. Food was great as usual. Store was beautifully set up as usual. Service was very disappointing. After being seated, it was a significant wait (much longer than usual) to be greeted. Once we were finally greeted and our order was taken, the waitress offered to bring us a basket of biscuits and corn muffins. The waitress then greeted another couple sitting right next to us who had just been seated and took their order as well. Then we watched the couple next to us receive their water. Then their food. Thinking the waitress would soon come out with our waters, we waited for our water. Although, why she didn’t bring our waters on the same large tray? The tray only contain 2 water glasses. We couldn’t figure it out. She gave them their water, turned and went back into the kitchen. Thinking she would come back with our water, we waited a few minutes. Since I was particularly thirsty from all our errands and a doctor’s visit that morning, I finally got up and asked a group of 3 young ladies (none of them were our waitress) who were standing by the kitchen entrance, if we could please get some water. One of the young ladies quickly got us our water. Thank you! Then we watched the other couple receive their food. My daughter and I thought possibly because they ordered lunch and we ordered breakfast. There was a difference in the wait? After receiving our food, at least 10 minutes after the other couple received theirs (and we were only two people as well) we received our food, however still no biscuits or corn muffins. We had to remind the waitress that she had offered to bring us some."
